Go in the "Properties" window of an element to use it as a trigger for an effect.
Choose the "Roll Over" property to make an element appear when your mouse passes over the image. Effects can also be triggered when you click on an element, when your mouse leaves the element, etc.
To add a transition effect to the element in the event/action, add the effect in the element that is to be shown/hidden.
Then create the event/action and choose "show with transition effect".
Once all the elements are selected, add your Event/Actions by clicking on the little + sign on the bottom right of the list.
